VerityX confirms the successful completion of its rebrand from TheImpact.ae, which formally took effect at the end of January. The transition follows the previously announced separation from theimpact.team and marks a decisive evolution in the company’s positioning — from advisory-led digital transformation to execution-first delivery across digital, AI, and operational modernisation.
The rebrand reflects a sharpened mandate: delivering secure, scalable execution in complex and highly regulated environments across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
As announced in January, Trevor Coyne has been appointed Chairman of VerityX. Trevor is Founder and CEO of OpsTalent, a global operations and technology outsourcing firm with delivery hubs across the UK and EMEA. OpsTalent provides scalable, multilingual operational services, technology delivery, and enterprise execution capability.
Through Trevor’s appointment, VerityX gains direct access to OpsTalent’s global delivery engine — significantly strengthening its ability to translate strategy into measurable, regulator-aware outcomes.
