Mark is the CEO for VerityX, where he has led the firm’s expansion and growth strategy across the region. Mark has a reputation for driving digital change in banking, insurance, and government sectors with a sharp focus on execution excellence. With a career spanning senior leadership roles in financial services and technology, he has worked alongside regulators and industry leaders to deliver core banking modernisation, AI-driven operations, cybersecurity, and digital transformation at scale. Based in Dubai, Mark brings a bias for action, a clear strategic vision, and a proven track record in turning ambition into measurable outcomes for clients.

Trevor Coyne

Chairman

Trevor brings over two decades of experience building, scaling, and investing in high-performance services and technology-enabled businesses. He is the Founder and CEO of OpsTalent, a global operational services and bespoke software firm with a workforce of more than 600 professionals serving enterprise clients across EMEA and beyond. His career spans executive leadership, venture investment, and board-level governance. Trevor is also Principal at Coyne Capital, where he focuses on early-stage and growth investments in technology, software, and data-driven businesses. His background combines deep operational discipline with a strong command of financial control, legal frameworks, and corporate governance.

Nicola Philbin

Chief Operating Officer

Nicola brings a wealth of global corporate experience having spent a significant part of her career in operations with Goldman Sachs before moving into leadership roles in the Middle East. Based in Dubai, she oversees finance, operations, and governance, ensuring that the firm’s rapid growth is underpinned by strong commercial discipline and operational excellence. With a background in complex financial operations, risk management, and process optimisation, she blends blue-chip rigour with the agility required in fast-moving digital transformation environments. Her focus is on enabling execution at scale—driving efficiency, resilience, and sustainable value creation.

Osama AbedKhader

Chief Information Security Officer

Osama an accomplished Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) based in the Gulf region, with over 20 years of experience safeguarding financial institutions, government entities, and large enterprises. Known for balancing strategic oversight with hands-on execution, Osama has led organisations through the design and deployment of enterprise-wide cybersecurity frameworks, regulatory compliance programmes, and critical incident response initiatives. Alongside his CISO role, Osama also provides independent security consulting, advising boards and executive teams on threat resilience, identity and access management, cloud security, and AI-related risk. He is recognised for his ability to translate complex technical challenges into clear business risk language, helping Gulf-based organisations strengthen their defences while enabling digital transformation.

Malcolm Grieve

UAE Country Head

With extensive experience leading digital transformation across financial services and banking, Malcolm has built a reputation for driving large-scale change programmes that deliver measurable business outcomes. His career spans senior leadership roles where he has overseen core banking modernization, digital channel innovation, cloud adoption, and regulatory compliance initiatives across Europe and the GCC. A trusted advisor to banks, insurers, and regulators, he combines deep technical knowledge with strong execution skills, ensuring that complex programmes are delivered at pace and with impact. Based in the UAE, he leads with a results-driven approach that aligns global best practices with the unique requirements of the local market.

Gavin Flaherty
